Do you really enjoy baseball? Do you like to write? Are you interested in writing about your favorite sport? Then look no further! The Dugout Doctors is seeking writers to join our rotation, and you could be the next staff writer here!
TDD is seeking passionate and knowledgeable baseball fans who also enjoy writing.
Before you ask about it, we’ll tell you now – writers will not get paid for their contributions to TDD. It is currently not in our budget to pay each and every writer. Even though money is not option, that should not stop you from wanting to write for us. However, if the editor-in-chief position is ever vacant, one writer will have the opportunity to assume that position and make money that way.
The ideal candidate as a Dugout Doctors writer has:
- Prior baseball blogging/writing experience.
- A sense of humor. Humor doesn’t necessarily have to be apparent in your writing, but we don’t want your writing to bore our visitors.
- The ability to quickly but carefully produce a quality post with a good headline. A good headline catches the reader’s attention and a quality post has accurate and entertaining information.
- Knowledge of what visitors like and don’t like. Basically, you should have a knowledge of how to bring traffic into The Dugout Doctors.
If you are interested in being a writer for The Dugout Doctors, shoot an email to: admin[AT]thedoctoredsports[DOT]com. Be sure to tell us why you should be a part of The Dugout Doctors’ staff.
