The YES Network’s Jack Curry is reporting that Ichiro has been traded to the New York Yankees. The Mariners have acquired minor league starter D.J. Mitchell and relief pitcher Danny Farquhar. The Yankees are in Seattle tonight, so expect Ichiro to pack up his stuff, walk to the other dugout, put on those pinstripes, and play against his former team.
