Phillies starter Cole Hamels will not pitch in tonight’s game against the Mets. According to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com, Hamels is probably not having the best day so far.

Instead, Tyler Cloyd, a 25-year-old righty who had wild success in Double-A and Triple-A (15-1 with a 2.26 ERA), will make his major-league debut in Hamels’ place tonight.
