Per his own request, Melky Cabrera has been deemed ineligible to win the NL Batting Title.
Cabrera was suspended for his PED use just one at-bat short of being eligible to qualify for the NL Batting Title. However, he could’ve counted that at-bat as an out, which would still have him in the lead.
