The Orioles went 19-9 in September and clinched a spot in the playoffs for the first time since 1997. However, even though they have been on fire, the plane which was taking them to Tampa Bay had a small fire.
Roch Kubatko of MASN posted this on Twitter (per NBC Washington):

Despite the scare, everything turned out fine, according to a statement released by the organization:
Due to a minor incident in the galley, the Orioles’ charter made an unscheduled landing in Jacksonville, Florida en route to St. Petersburg tonight. After the plane was inspected, all crew and passengers reboarded and flew to St. Petersburg without further incident. This unscheduled landing was done with an abundance of caution and at no time was anyone on the flight in danger.
