Edwin Jackson and the Cubs have agreed to a four-year contract worth $52 million. Jackson was most recently with the Nationals – in 31 starts with the club last season, he went 10-11 with a 4.03 ERA.
The Cubs will be the eighth team that Jackson has been a part of since his major league career started with the Dodgers back in 2003. Since then, Jackson has accumulated a 70-71 record and a 4.40 ERA.
